Overview

This UX redesign reimagines the Jahez food delivery app in GCC with a focus on usability, personalization, and user engagement. Through user research, persona development, empathy mapping, and competitive analysis, I identified opportunities to improve the ordering experience and address common user frustrations related to navigation, food discovery, and decision-making.

The redesigned experience introduces features such as scheduled deliveries, grocery and pharmacy integration, loyalty rewards, dietary preferences, food recommendations, and enhanced restaurant discovery tools. In addition to improving the visual design and information architecture, the project explores how food delivery platforms can better support the needs of busy professionals, students, and families by creating a more convenient and personalized digital experience.
